How This Works

Prior to your first reservation, we will set up an evaluation to meet your pet(s) and go
over all the particulars. Once you're on file, just contact us and we'll take care of the rest!

If you have any special requests, we'll do our best to accommodate them.

We don't tack on charges for light brushing, playtime, walks and such; this is all part
of what we believe should be "good old fashioned service".

We specialize in Special Needs Pets, whether the issues are physical or related to behavior.

We do request that you make your reservations for peak Holiday periods well in advance
so that we may better serve you.

We accept Checks drawn on a Local Bank.

Client Responsibilities

Please make sure your pets are current on all vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required.
Please make sure your home is safe (pet proofed!). This is for both the health and welfare of your pet and for your pet sitter’s safety and liability. If you leave your dogs loose in the house, please close off bedroom doors, etc…to protect your property and your pet(s) during your absence.
Please don't ask us to share responsibilities with a friend or relative. Due to our insurance requirements, Tally Pet Pal can be the only entity caring for your pet(s) when you confirm reservations with us.
If you have a flea problem in your house or yard please take care of it before securing services with Tally Pet Pal! We can’t risk infesting another client’s home, or our own.
Please contact us to confirm the start and end date of visits at least 24 hours before you leave town and again when you return home – we want to make sure your pets are cared for in the event you don’t get back when planned.
Please contact us to cancel your reservation as early as possible in the event your plans change, so that we may accommodate others in need of our services.
